High Tension Springs
We produce robust high tension springs with wire diameters from 2mm to 15mm, outer diameters 15mm–120mm and customizable free length 100mm–2000mm to withstand massive tensile loads. Strict heat treatment and surface strengthening extend the service life of each high tension springs under frequent stretching cycles.

All high tension springs use premium spring steel from formal large steel mills to control quality from the source. We implement strict incoming inspection for each batch of steel, testing chemical composition and mechanical properties before production. Production heat treatment parameters are adjusted according to different materials and sizes to achieve optimal balance of strength and toughness. Finished products pass tensile testing and appearance inspection before delivery to guarantee compliance with design performance standards.
