1. Immerse the stainless steel spring in a plastic container with metal cleaning agent A, diluted with water (the dilution ratio of cleaning agent A to water is approximately 1:1 or 1:2). Soak for a time suitable for removing oil and oxide scale from the spring surface, restoring its metallic luster. Do not soak for too long. Remove it and rinse with water. This will give the stainless steel spring a matte finish.
2. In an ultrasonic cleaner, the ratio of cleaning agent to water is approximately 1:30. This time is suitable for removing oil and oxide scale from the spring surface, restoring the natural color of the metal. After removal, rinse with water to achieve a matte finish on the stainless steel spring surface.
3. Place cleaning agent A into a vibratory finishing machine or hexagonal roller containing coarse abrasive grains and the spring (the volume ratio of spring to coarse abrasive grains is 1:3, and the amount of cleaning agent is 1%-2% of the spring's weight). After polishing, rinse with water. Scratches on the spring surface will disappear, improving the surface smoothness. However, this method is not suitable for high-precision or easily wound springs.
