What Is A Precision Spring?

Precision springs, also known as miniature springs, are miniature elastic elements with a wire diameter of 0.06-1.0 mm. They are primarily used in aerospace, precision machinery, automotive, medical, and electronics industries. The products are manufactured using processes such as quenching and medium-temperature tempering, and are made from materials including 65 steel and 60Si2MnA steel.

They are characterized by their small size, light weight, and customizable design. Their wire diameter, free length, and elastic tolerances are strictly controlled according to relevant technical standards. They have already been applied in fields such as the Tianwen-1 Mars lander and rover, aero-engines, high-speed rail, new energy vehicles, and humanoid robots.
